At Sage & Thistle our passion is making your event vision a reality. Whether that event is a corporate Holiday or summer party, a meeting or convention, a family party or your wedding..we do it all from A-Z. Our specialty is developing a custom experience that surpasses expectations.


More Than Rentals

We aren’t your typical rental company. Stop by our warehouse any time we are open- you don’t even need an appointment! We want you to feel right at home when you visit us! We have designers ready to answer questions and give their expertise and empty tables ready for you to try out your designs. Spend 20 minutes or 2 hours in our warehouse, shopping the aisles and seeing all that we have. We offer linens and furniture and unique decor items you can’t find anywhere else. We can’t wait to meet you!

Missy O’Gwin


Missy is the powerhouse at Sage and Thistle. She makes everything happen! From the big picture to the smallest detail, the buck stops with her. And if you happen to hear some unsavory language, please pardon her french. It makes her more relatable/awesome!

Kim Stewart

Executive Assistant and Designer

Always finding creative ways to make things work efficiently whether its an event or a project. She gets things rolling! Seriously, you should see the kinds of things she puts on wheels...our backs thank her!

Laura McAllister

Sales Manager

Laura is our sassy sales girl. You know that saying about selling ice to eskimos? That’s our Laura. Just make sure she is fed before you try to wheel and deal! She came to us from California and brings with her lots of experience and connections.

Brock Arnold

Operations Manager

Brock the Builder...in addition to being Party Guru’s right hand man Brock is a man who wears many hats! From accounting to building backdrops, and administrative tasks to putting up with all of the women at Sage and Thistle Events (our words, not his!) Brock does it all.

Colby Skinner

Production Assistant

Colby is our resident doer. He is part of our hard working production team. He is a jack of all trades and is always busy building something for us in our warehouse. Give him a picture, and he’ll create it.

Tye Brown

Design and Production Assistant

If it’s here...Tye knows where it is! She’s the queen of clean and organization and a talented designer. She is the sweetest person and aims to please.

Paige Judy

Design and Production Assistant

Paige is fun and friendly and keeps us laughing! She’s imaginative and helpful with any design need. She is the only one that argues with the Problem Solver (she’s her little sister).

Erica Paine

Social Media Manager and Designer

The newest member of our design team. She works hard and fast! We love her optimism, cheerful disposition and fresh ideas! She is our Social Media Master and writer of blog posts. She loves creating centerpieces and tablescapes, and loves to inspire our clients with her design boards.

Richie Dowd

Production Assistant

His enthusiasm is contagious, and he can get us laughing like no other! He’ll do any job he’s asked to do with a great big smile on his face. He’s everyone’s best friend! He works hard as part of our production crew and keeps us all entertained.
